Au Revoir Haute Couture Woman!

From when I was growing up as a boy I have admired Haute Couture woman, sadly now almost disappeared as a species and given way to hordes in jeans. These fashionable ladies of another generation were clever. For instance they slimmed and smoothed themselves out with the prettiest of girdles from an early age thus avoiding today’s fat bellies and dropped bottoms that you see everywhere , bellies drooping out over jeans’ waistbands – how could any man talk to , let alone marry , such monstrosities unless he were interested in only the one thing!

As a boy I wondered how the girls in the school across the road could sit at their desks for so long all day in their girdles ( girdles were never made for sitting long , people in girdles tend to stand a lot ) . Then the other day an old flame, Gertrude, who has developed an interest in me again after all those years , gave me the answer:

” In school we were allowed to stand up at our desks whenever sitting for much longer in a girdle became an effort, so there we were popping up and down in class all the time” , she giggled. She went on …

“And with regard to high heels , we walked to and from school in them, but we had a pair of flats in our school lockers that we exchanged our heels for while in class. “

“Sports day every week could be fun! As we changed into sports gear , it was fun to see everybody in the dressing room flattened in their girdles, suspenders and nylons etc – but it was a right laugh afterwards as we all struggled wriggling back into our girdles – I still wear them, see! here , feel it ! Want to see my bullet bra ? ” , she teased just like in the Good Old Days.

And Gertrude wiggled right in front of me to show that she was indeed girdled, flashed a nylon-encased leg , hard as a rock to the touch at her belly, hips and bum. . We were happily in bed that night- Haute Couture women always wins, may she flourish once again.
